Some teachers require only a little guidance; others benefit from structured mentoring and ongoing professional support. Rather than offering one fixed package, we provide flexible support that allows every teacher to choose the level of assistance that best suits their goals, experience and budget.

Teacher-Centred Pricing
SinoUK has been designed by teachers, for teachers.
We understand that no two teachers have identical experience, evidence portfolios or professional development needs. For this reason we do not believe in a "one package fits all" approach.
Instead, we provide personalised recommendations following an initial consultation. You remain in complete control of the level of support you receive, and you decide the level of investment that is right for your professional goals and your budget.
There is never any obligation to purchase additional services. Our role is to recommend — not to pressure.

SERS™ Professional Support
A comprehensive and structured review of your professional evidence, aligned with the Teachers’ Standards used for Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England. This service provides a structured professional evaluation of your evidence portfolio and can form the foundation for future professional mentoring where appropriate.
What a SERS Review Involves
A SERS review is a structured professional evaluation of a teacher’s existing evidence against the Teachers’ Standards used for QTS in England.
It is not a simple document check. The review considers the quality, relevance, breadth, authenticity and professional significance of the evidence presented, together with how clearly it demonstrates sustained teaching practice across the Standards.
Each review includes:
- detailed reading of the submitted portfolio and supporting evidence;
- systematic mapping of evidence against the Teachers' Standards;
- evaluation of the strength and relevance of evidence for each Standard;
- identification of gaps, duplication, weak corroboration or over-reliance on limited evidence types;
- consideration of professional reflection, pupil impact, assessment practice and evidence of normal classroom practice;
- identification of priorities for strengthening or clarifying the portfolio;
- a formal written SERS review report setting out findings, risks and recommended next steps;
- where appropriate, guidance on interview readiness and how the candidate can explain and defend their evidence clearly.
Professional judgement remains central throughout. SERS does not simply count evidence pieces or rely on automated document checking. The purpose is to determine whether the evidence is convincing, balanced and professionally defensible.
Technology may support organisation and analysis; professional interpretation and judgement remain central to every SERS review.

SERS™ support tiers — Silver: Free / US$0 · Gold: ¥3,500 / US$525 · Platinum: ¥5,800 / US$875 · Diamond: From ¥8,500 / From US$1,275
Final Diamond price depends on the approved mentoring arrangement, candidate circumstances and level of support required. Diamond is available only where the candidate’s school and assessment provider approve the mentoring arrangement. RMB prices apply to China-based payments. USD prices are provided for international clients and are fixed package prices, not live exchange-rate conversions.

- Formal written SERS™ report, priority recommendations and up to 30 minutes verbal feedback.
Professional Mentoring
Professional mentoring programmes are individually designed following completion of the SERS™ review. A personalised quotation will be provided before any mentoring begins. Where appropriate, staged payment options are available.
Invoicing
Professional invoices are issued for every service provided.
Official Chinese tax invoices (fapiaos) are available where required.
Please contact SinoUK if a fapiao is required for your employer or organisation.
